The B-Guest Check-In allows your guests to provide all their personal info online before arriving to the hotel (B-Guest Online Check-In).

Also, they will be able to do the digital check-in upon arrival at the reception (B-Guest Tablet Check-In) which considerably speeds up the process and reduces waiting time.

How does it work?

Three days before arriving at the hotel, the guest receives an invitation by e-mail to make the B-Guest Online Check-In. This e-mail is fully automated and customized according to the hotel’s needs.

The guest is presented with a simple and easy-to-use online form to fill out his personal information before the beginning of his stay. All the provided data is automatically updated into the PMS.

Tablet Check-In

How does it work?

Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist presents to the guest the B-Guest Tablet, with the reservation and info, so the guest can just sign it on the screen. If the B-Guest Online Check-In hasn't been done, the guests fill out all their information directly onto the B-Guest Tablet.

The increased efficiency will allow the receptionist extra time to focus on the guest’s needs. The B-Guest Tablet also provides a more efficient way to check-in groups, anywhere in the hotel.
