Online Check-in has become an essential tool for the safety and trust of guests and staff due to the need of reduced physical contact during these times.
With the latest update of the B-Guest platform, it’s now possible for guests to complete the check-in online, without physical contact, even if it is done on arrival at the hotel.
Now your guests can register directly on their mobile devices, after filling in their data, skipping the signature on paper or on the hotel’s tablet. Along with the signature, the customer will also give their marketing consent and accept the hotel’s terms and conditions.
Check-in with QR code scan
For guests who prefer to check-in on arrival at the hotel, they can do so without contact, by scanning a QR code on their mobile device. The process is as simple and secure as Online Check-in. Guests only need to aim the phone’s camera at the QR code, fill out the check-in form and sign in through their device.
After the check-in is completed, the system generates a PDF document with all the information, consent and signature of the guests. The record is stored digitally.
All guest data is integrated directly with the PMS.
